Creative Crafts - Cake Decorating NCFE Creative Crafts Level 1 Aimed at beginners who wish to gain a qualification whilst learning cake decorating skills. You will produce at least 6 cakes and a selection of plaques for assessment. Subjects covered will include royal icing, fondant, frills and piping.
