This course is suitable for those who wish to gain an IT qualification recognised by employers. The level of skill required is similar to that of A Level and it is an ideal progression from a Level 2 qualification or equivalent in an IT subject. As there is a great deal of written evidence to submit, you will also need to demonstrate a firm grasp of the English Language. A series of tests will determine your suitability for the course. A variety of Modules will be offered for example: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Databases. This course is accredited and you will be assessed on completion of each Module. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course. Entry requirements You should hold a Level 2 qualification in an IT subject (for example Clait Plus or ECDL) and be able to read and write in English.
