This is an introductory course for anyone who has already gained basic computer knowledge, including mouse and keyboard skills. It is for those who wish to develop confidence, understanding and basic skills in the area of internet and email usage and of the associated jargon and requirements for getting online. The course includes using the internet to browse websites and retrieve information, discovering social interaction sites, such as Facebook, and using email to send and receive messages. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course. Your tutor will provide induction and guidance at the beginning of your course. Entry Requirements There are no specific entry requirements.
