For the BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Music Technology (Events Support) students specialise in the technical and promotional aspect of putting on live music events. The structure of the course consists of 2 mandatory units and a further choice of 4 optional units. All units are focused around developing skills and progressing towards a career in music. Tasks include practical activities, workshops, research and reflective tasks and written assignments and verbal presentations.
