This engaging course is a continuation for those who have completed Cake Decoration - Intermediate course with more advanced tropical sugar flower sprays, fabric effects and sugarcraft techniques. There will be costs for equipment and ingredients required. You will be required to complete an Individual Initial Assessment form at the start of your course.
