This course will enable you to develop both your observational drawing and painting skills.This structured course will develop your observational drawing and painting skills with a series of studio based tasks. Through the careful observation of a range of subjects, this course offers a step-by-step series of exercises exploring the first principles in painting and drawing. Studies will move from line, into tone, and finally into paint and colour; it's relativity, mixing, and other essentials of the painters craft. The course will be based in our new drawing studio at Richmond Art School
