Adobe After Effects - Introduction

This course is intended for those looking for an introduction to professional animation and compositing using Adobe After Effects. It will particularly interest budding filmmakers, artists or photographers currently working with video who want to explore 2D digital animation techniques and compositing special effects elements into video. The course will introduce learners to the practical skills and techniques of 2D digital animation and Compositing for film and video and enable them to develop a basic understanding of Adobe After Effects On the course you will be introduced to the practical skills and techniques of After Effects which will lead you to creating simple animated sequences and basic special effects for film and video including: Keyframe animation, Masking, keying and travel mattes, Motion Tracking and stabilizing video, Animating text, Cameras and Lighting, Effects, Puppet tool Teaching will be through demonstrations, practical exercises and one to one technical support. There will also be opportunities to watch and discuss key examples and student's work in progress
