Level 2 Certificate For the Children's and Young people's Workforce

This is a rolling programme which is delivered in the workplace and is assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Evidence to be collected will include: workplace observation, witness testimonies, professional discussion, questions and work products evidence. The assessor will also provide valuable skills training as well as assessment. This course will increase skill level and serve as a progression pathway to Level 3. It will help to ensure use of the latest and most effective working practices.
