This course provides students with a good quality grounding in Performing Arts equipping the student with background theory and performance skills in specialist areas of Performing Arts. There are three different specialist areas offered within this qualification which are - acting Dance and Musical Theatre. You will have the opportunity to make the decision what specialist route you follow. The course is practical and work related. You will receive training in subjects such as:- Acting (Acting for Film and TV - Physical Theatre - Voice - Improvisation)- Dance (Jazz - Contemporary - Ballet - Circus Skills)- Musical Theatre (Musical Theatre Performance - Singing Skills - Acting - Jazz)- Stagecraft.
