The Level 2 Diploma supplies the underpinning knowledge and development of practical skills relevant to the music industry and provides a suitable qualification for progression onto a range of further studies including Level 3 Extended Diploma courses. During this course you develop a general knowledge of the music industry, develop skills in sound recording and computer-based MIDI recording as well as music production. You will also develop an understanding of music and learn how to plan and produce a CD and promote a gig. Abingdon and Witney College have well established links with creative and cultural industries within Oxfordshire and beyond. We use these links to ensure you get a real-world experience and exposure as an emerging Creative.
