A fitness class featuring both yoga and Pilates exercise which are focusing on building core strength, flexibility and balance. This class is suitable for people with no experience of yoga or Pilates as well as those with experience who wish to build confidence. By the end of the course you can expect to be able to do the following; • To increase flexibility • To improve posture and balance • To develop core strength • To improve respiration, energy and vitality • To increase sense of calmness and well-being Your Tutor Jo Geoghegan has been teaching yoga since early 2015. She loves to see her clients building in confidence and gaining strength, flexibility and balance About the tutor: Emma Reid has been teaching since 2008, she likes to see her pupils improve and gain confidence though Pilates.
