Following this the student will have a chance to practice the pose and I observe their understanding and may adjust the students individually. We may also discuss the poses together to share our learning. I plan each lesson differently to create satisfying series of postures and cover a wide range of poses. You will need to buy/ bring 5 or 6 chipped foam yoga blocks, a webbing yoga belt with a metal buckle, a yoga sticky mat and a blanket which should be made of wool or cotton which are less slippery than acrylic ones. You will need to wear a t shirt or similar and stretchy footless tights or stretch shorts.
