The course consists the following framework: ILM NVQ Certificate in Management level 3, ILM Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management level 3, ERR MSC Induction Booklet, and Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT level 2. You must complete all parts of the course within the time frame in order to gain your apprenticeship. You will need to build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your competence for the NVQ, and the ILM course will provide your with underpinning knowledge for the NVQ.
