This one day course is designed for people working in the canine industry who want to expand their services to include Microchip implanting. Students will be expected to provide at least 2 dogs or cats to practice microchip implantation. Indicative Content: - The theory and history of the microchip - Safe handling of the equipment - Safe animal restraint methods - Demonstration of a microchip implant - Practice microchip implantation of at least 2 pets.
