This apprenticeship is designed for people who want to train on the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership. This course supports a variety of roles including head housekeeper, head reception, unit manager in a hotel chain, regional supervisor/manager in a restaurant/pub and more. This is a follow on course from the Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship.
