Mixed Media - Scenes of Summer

Create a piece of artwork or a series of smaller pieces with a summer theme. The tutor will guide you step by step through a range of creative processes. You will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of materials and combine drawing and painting media in exciting ways. By the end of the course student will be able to: Demonstrate the ability to select materials to create varying textures and surfaces, Explore colour relationships and use colour theory within their artwork, Portray the theme of summer using found images and a combination of materials, This mixed media course is for those who enjoy creating vivid pictures using a variety of materials.
