Foundation Learning is the name given to Educational provision at Entry Level and Level 1. The qualification in Health and Social Care is available at Entry Level 3 - Level 1 and will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge in the vocational sector. In addition to your Vocational subjects you will also have the opportunity to study Functional Skills as well as Personal and Social Development. Successful achievement will lead the learner onto a journey of progression to a Level 2 course. The progression Diploma is the equivalent to four GCSEs at grade D - G. The qualification is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
