The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Women's Hairdressing (QCF) is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills to an advanced level through a variety of techniquesto the following technical areas; Colour Correcting, Creative Cutting, Planning and Developing an End of Year Show, Long Hair Work. The aim of the course is to make you competent and confident in the advanced skills that salons require, making you employable in the industry. You willlearn the practical skills of each unit you will gain experience in client care and how towork within health and safety guidelines.You will be working in a commercial salon environment, on fee paying clients, gaining experience of dealing with all variations of clients' needs.The purpose of this qualification is to develop your practical skills to an advanced level of occupational ability to enable you to perform your own salon services as well as support others.
