A tutorial based programme leading to the Diploma Level 3 for Teaching Assistants The Level 3 Diplomaprogramme is for experienced teaching assistants and/or those who have a range of responsibilities within the school. To enable candidates to develop their skills. To become competent working in the classroom environment. To gain a nationally recognised qualification. 9mandatory units and choice of optional units totalling at 32 credits. Support pupils during learning activities. Help keep children safe. Develop and promote positive relationships with pupils. Contribute to the management of pupil behaviour. Contribute to effective team working.
