This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the ceramic process from clay through to finished glaze firing over 3 separate Saturday sessions. Bensham pottery is a well resourced space and offers a high level of tuition and support for both the beginner and more experienced maker. We will cover throwing and turning on the wheel, hand building and pressmoulding, decorative use of slips, underglazes and glazes. Whether you're new to clay or already have some experience these Saturday workshops offer you the chance to get creative with a variety of ceramic processes and raise both your skill level and understanding of the ceramic process.
