This qualification prepares you for employment in the Hairdressing industry as a Junior Stylist. You will cover a full range of practical hairdressing skills and essential knowledge such as- how to cut, style, dress, finish, colour, perm and neutralise hair. You may also benefit from an additional course in Barbering. Dependent on your age group, you should hold a good school or previous college report with a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade D or above preferably in Maths, English and a Science. NVQ Level 1 Hairdressing or VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing.
