The NVQ Level 3 professional cookery course offers you a natural progression route from the current NVQ level 2 programme. You will develop existing culinary skills to a higher leveland be introduced to new and more advanced food preparation and cooking techniques.The course will run over one day and one evening producing food for the public in our Jubilee Restaurant.
