Sewing Kit to include- Needles, Pins, Tape measure, Thimble, Fabric and paper scissors, White thread for tacking, Notebook, Pencil, Ruler, Tutor will give specific advice on chosen project, There will be 4 projects to choose from. Here is a list of materials needed for each one of them. 1. Project one- Heart's wall hanging, Requirements- Background - 20inch x 20inch light colour, 4 scraps mixed colours 6inch squares, inner border - 7inch x 13inch, Bonda - web - 12inch square, Binding - 8inch x 25inch, Threads to blend, 2oz wadding and backing - 20inch x 24inch, scissors, paper and fabric, sewing kit, 2.Project two- Heart Dresden plate cushion - 18inch. Requirements- Background - 13.5inch square light colour, 8inch - 6inch squares - for outer edge, 5inch square for centre heart, Border - 12inch x 20inch, Thread to blend, 2oz Wadding and muslin - 20inch square, scissors, paper and fabric, sewing kit, Why not make 3 more, join them together to make a lap quilt, 3.
