Tai Chi is known to be beneficial to health improving balance, joint movement and decreasing stress levels. The course will focus on learning sets of Tai Chi movements as well as some simple, relaxing Qigong exercises. All of the exercises are low-impact and carried out slowly making it easy to follow along. CL
