The learner needs to be employed or volunteering in an administration job role, they should have experience and a level of responsibility within their working role. Qualification and learning is agreed after initial advice and guidance with their assessor. There is continuous assessment and learning in the workplace and is completed through a range of methods including observation. Appointments are every 4 weeks and in the workplace. The qualification can be completed in 6-12 months.
