The aim of this course is to learn the skills to enjoy cooking and get great results each week to take home and impress your family and friends. We will focus on preparing a wide range of recipes suitable for feeding friends and family, whether for informal eating or entertaining occasions. Recipes will include meat and fish dishes as well as desserts and baking.
