CHOCOLATE MAKING SKILLS (Evening)

This course will introduce you to the art of chocolate making. You will learn about tempering, moulding and filling chocolates and packaging for a finished effect. You will also look as using chocolate to create decorations (leaves, masks) and modelling (flowers, leaves and berries).
