The advanced Contact Centre Operations Level 3 apprenticeship progresses from Level 2 to give you further advice on excellent customer service in a contact centre environment. Some of your daily duties could be supervising customer service activities within a contact centre team, managing incidents referred to a contact centre, and leading a sales or marketing team. After the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Contact Centre Operations, as well as Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
