This course may be delivered as a stand-alone NVQ or as part of an Apprenticeship programme. During the course candidates will cover areas such as installing fire or security systems and wiring them to control panels, testing systems, carrying out maintenance also commissioning and auditing systems. The level 3 has been designed to support engineers in more senior roles such as Project/Contract Managers, Senior Installation Engineers and Supervisers. The programme is delivered via a series of work based visits and assessments accompanied by day release sessions.
