Easy Pasta Workshop How will this course help me? You will gain confidence and the knowledge to produce freshly made pasta and quick, tasty accompanying sauces. Who is the course for? This course is for you if you have never made fresh pasta before or just want to learn new ideas for making pasta and fresh sauces. What can I expect to learn? How to make fresh pasta and additional ingredients that can be used. Quick and easy sauces that can be served with pasta. Learners will be able to experiment with fresh ingredients and flavours, according to personal taste. The healthy elements of each dish. Labour saving hints and tips. How will I learn? There will be demonstrations, a chance to ask questions and to practice at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment. There are no exams or formal assessments. If you think you may need extra help with your learning, please ask your tutor or the Centre staff. We will try to help you. How will I know how well I am doing? The tutor will help you to recognise how well you are doing and what you need to do to improve. You will also be able to taste and take home your creations. Will I have to do any work outside of the sessions? No work is required outside of the workshop. What will I need to provide? Please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances prior to the start of the course. You may need to bring in suitable containers to take the dishes home in. You will be advised of this. Will there be any other costs? (e.g. materials, books, registration with a professional body, etc.) Ingredients and equipment will be supplied for the workshop. There will be an additional charge for the ingredients.
