Psychology Workshop: Becoming a brainiac - the science of intelligence

Can you become more intelligent than you currently are, no matter what your age? Well, yes you can! Discover tried and tested methods of improving your IQ in this interactive and entertaining workshop. We will be looking at theories of intelligience and factors that influence intelligence. The workshop will explore the history of intelligence testing, the scientific research that has been conducted and the findings that have emerged.

Entry requirements

You should bring a notebook and pen. Hand-outs will be provided for each session. It is recommended that you organise your paperwork and purchase a ring binder file, a hole punch and a stapler in order to file your handouts. A reading list will be provided during the first session. We do not recommend purchasing a set book for this course but students are advised to complete the FREE general intelligence test that will be available on Morley Moodle a week prior to the course being delivered.
