Discover tried and tested methods of improving your IQ in this interactive and entertaining workshop. We will be looking at theories of intelligience and factors that influence intelligence. The workshop will explore the history of intelligence testing, the scientific research that has been conducted and the findings that have emerged.

You should bring a notebook and pen. Hand-outs will be provided for each session. It is recommended that you organise your paperwork and purchase a ring binder file, a hole punch and a stapler in order to file your handouts. A reading list will be provided during the first session.
