Course topics include Sociology: Identity and Society and the Family. Psychology: Social Psychology and Attachments and Development. Social Policy: Welfare and Society. You will also complete modules in Extended Studies and Study Skills (including Preparing for Higher Education & ICT). We offer the Health route and the Social Science route. The diploma is accepted by many universities instead of the mandatory 3 subject A Levels. The course is delivered through a combination of classroom activities and private study at home. Your tutor will provide the help and support you need to produce your work and complete your studies. You will also have plenty of opportunities for both individual and group tutorials.
