Throughout the level 2 course you would be taught effective security methods and techniques ranging from door supervision to CCTV operation. You would learn how to communicate effectively in order to operate in collaboration with various other security services. You would also gain an understanding to the correct methodology, which would allow you to deal professionally with members of the public and undertake the correct conflict management techniques should they be required.
