Functional ICT

The aims of this qualification are for learners to develop the skills to be able to undertake a variety of ICT applications and different software to meet the requirements of straightforward tasks in familiar contexts. It will enable learners to follow and demonstrate an understanding of the need for safety and security practices within ICT when using equipment and dealing with different forms of information allowing the learner to combine and adapt their ICT knowledge to new situations in their life and work.
