This course will give you the fundamental knowledge and some skills to: find out what motivates people; how to tap into that by developing and using outcomes and personal goals; give meaningful feedback so that individuals and teams improve their business performance. You will receive both a problem-solving and an evolutionary approach to develop motivation with both individuals and teams and there will be a chance to discuss these approaches during the course.
