It covers all aspects of day-to-day working environments including Working Relationships and Health & Safety, whilst the optional units will be built around your employees and your business’ needs. For example; carrying out inspection & testing, finishing products, producing joined products, are just some of the wide-ranging units that cover the majority of manufacturing processes. As well as completing the technical aspect of the Apprenticeship Framework, the employee will be expected to complete qualifications in Functional Skills, Employee Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning Skills, enabling your employees to be more astute and aware. In a nutshell, it offers your employees the opportunity to improve their skills through training and assessment while ensuring continued improvement within your workplace.
