E865 - This course is an ideal starting point for a school-leaver, someone returning to the workplace, or someone who has not studied for a while. The course covers: Principles of double-entry bookkeeping Purchase and sales ledger Preparing initial trial balances The course can be studied either on day release (1 day per week) or evenings only (2 evenings per week) for 1 year. Assessment is by externally set computer based formal tests and projects/case studies both of which are set by the AAT. AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting This qualification will help you to gain employment in an accounting/finance role and is the first step towards becoming an Accounting Technician.
