This 1 Year course is designed to provide opportunities and enable you to gain an understanding of the bakery industry whilst developing bread and cake-making skills. You will also develop strong practical skills in cake decoration and sugar flowers. Assessment As with all of our bakery programmes, you will be assessed on a continuous basis, within a commercial bakery environment.
