To gain an apprenticeship in Information Technology students need to be working in an IT environment. The qualification is made up of a Level 2 diploma in IT Users skills. You will be able to sit with your employer and decide which units to work through that best fit your role. You will work towards a Level 1 functional skill in English and Maths, and a Level 2 in ICT if required.
