This course is aimed at Salon owners/managers or future owners working in a salon but not necessarily holding a Hairdressing qualification. During the 6 weeks you will learn how to implement management practices plan operational objectives and you will be introduced to marketing planning to improve product and service sales. This course will help you to evaluate your management style and further develop your team's working practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other salon managers/owners to share good practice. You will need to complete an assignment to successfully achieve this Level 4 Award.
