The learner needs to be employed or volunteering in a management and leadership role. Qualifications and learning is agreed after initial advice and guidance with their assessor. Competence based qualification assessed through a portfolio of evidence. Qualification is completed through a range of methods including observation. Appointments are every 4 weeks and in the workplace. Qualifications can be completed within 6-12 months.
