This qualification is suitable for a wide range of learners aged 16 or over who'd like to develop their knowledge of main customer service principles. This qualification also provides the knowledge aspect of the Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service. It is particularly relevant for anyone who deals with customers – either internal or external to their organisation – as a major part of their job role. As well as people in retail organisations, this will include many service industries and public sector organisations. This qualification is delivered by a YTP consortium member.
