The Advanced Customer Service Apprenticeship: You have some experience working in an environment dealing with customers and want to develop your skills further. You may be looking to move into a supervisory position. The Advanced Apprenticeship is achieved by completing the following City & Guilds qualifications: £ Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (55 Credits) £ Functional Skills in Maths and English (unless exempt). £ Employment Rights & Responsibilities £ Personal Learning & Thinking Skills The minimum Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship is 471 hours. It is expected that the Apprenticeship will usually last 18 months, but a flexible approach to learning is encouraged.
