NVQ Diploma in Front of House Reception (QCF)

These qualifications cover a good grounding for a variety of hospitality areas such as; front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, cookery and hospitality services.The NVQs are suitable for anyone either in full-time employment, or progressing from a Level 1 qualification or those who are able to start a qualification at Level 2. The average course is 12-15 months; however, your own length of learning will be individually agreed. The maximum number of workplace visits will be one visit per calendar month, there will be an individually agreed programme of on and off the job training.
