During the course candidates will cover 6 mandatory areas as follows: managing own performance, communication, managing and being accountable for own performance, evaluating and improving own performance, support the purpose and values of an organisation, support sustainability in a business environment, assess / manage and monitor risk in a business environment. Level 4 is suitable if you deliver administrative support services and contribute at a strategic level. You may lead or manage a team, or be moving into a management position. The programme is delivered via a series of work based visits and assessments.
