This is an entry level course to help you develop personal skills and knowledge for the world of work. This course prepares you for the sport and uniformed services industry, and will help you develop skills and knowledge to achieve that aim. You will spend some time working within the Kingsway Fitness Centre as well as studying Maths and English, and building up your fitness levels, in preparation for work.
