This programme is for anybody within your business who is or wants to be leading and organising others. The Level 2 is more appropriate for internal team co-ordinators or middle managers and with Level 3 and above being a better choice for senior staff. The course includes the following units: Managing your own resources, providing leadership for your team, developing productive working relationships with colleagues, ensuring your own actions reduce risks to health and safety. In addition further optional units will develop a wide range of skills including: Encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work within the team, providing learning opportunities, resolving customer service problems and supporting customer service improvements.
