Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care

This Apprenticeship consists of the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England; Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care; Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths. (Functional skills may not need to be taken depending on previous qualifications gained.) It is a work-based programme and learners will be employed from the outset. Assistance will be given with finding a job if required.
