You must be employed in a full-time Administration position. Ideally you need to have gained experience and knowledge working within an office environment. Undertaking an Advanced Apprenticeship within Administration will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge and enable you to understand the importance of continuous improvement within business and the impact this can have on the overall business. The training provided enables individual to evaluate various elements of the business and analyses effective method of improvement. Enhancing your individual skills and knowledge will enhance your career opportunities and provide you with an opportunity to implement and monitor new improvement systems for the benefit of yourself and your business. Gaining effective skills and knowledge identify areas where systems could be improved. Provision is delivered via either classroom delivery to ensure you are gaining the essential knowledge and understanding to improve within your workplace and then via continuous assessment.
