The Retail Apprenticeship frameworks at Levels 2 and 3 are designed to provide apprentices with the knowledge, skills and understanding they require to carry out their job role and to support their future progression within the sector. Advanced Level apprentices will train in senior or specialist retail role e.g. Senior Sales Assistants, Craft Experts, Style Advisers, Visual Merchandise Supervisors, Team Leaders, Department or Store Managers.
